• Machine Washable: Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle to protect the fabric texture and preserve the vibrancy of the digital print.

• Drying: Air dry naturally to maintain softness. Avoid using high heat or tumble drying, as excessive heat may damage the fabric and affect the print quality.

• Do Not Bleach: To maintain the original look and color of the product, please avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals.

• Storage: To prevent fading, please avoid placing it in direct sunlight for long periods.

SEWING TIPS

• Use a Polyester Thread: For any repairs or alterations, use a high-quality polyester thread to match the fabric. This ensures durability and a seamless look.

• Stitching: When sewing through thicker fabrics or hems, make sure to use a larger needle (size 90/14 or 100/16) to avoid damaging the material.

• Edge Finishing: If you're adding any decorative stitching or finishing the edges, consider using a zigzag stitch to prevent fraying and ensure a clean, professional finish.

Turnaround Time

Production time varies depending on order quantity and factory capacity. Typical turnaround times are as follows:

• Wholesale Orders: Production is usually completed within 2-4 weeks.

• Chinese New Year Notice: Our factory is closed from mid-January to early February. Orders placed during this period will be processed after we resume operations.
   

Shipping Options

• Express Shipping: 5-7 days via FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

• Standard Postage: 2-4 weeks or longer, depending on the destination country.

• Sea Freight: Approximately 30 days for bulk shipments (contact us for details).
   

Dedicated Customer Support

• Each order is handled by a dedicated representative. Once an order is received, our sales team will reach out within 24 hours to confirm details and provide updates.
   

Quality Assurance

We take full responsibility for our products and ensure strict quality control:

• Each item undergoes three inspections: before printing, after printing, and after sewing.

• If any quality issue arises, we offer a remake or a corresponding discount as a resolution.  
   

Order Proof Approval

• For custom bulk orders, an order proof will be sent for approval before production begins.
   

Order Process

• Order received with the original file and selected fabric/product.

• An order proof will be sent via email for confirmation before printing or sewing.

• Production takes approximately 10-30 days, depending on order details.

• A final invoice will be sent for quantity verification before shipping.

RETURN POLICY

• Made-to-Order Policy: All items are custom-printed on demand, so non-faulty products cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production begins.
• Order Edits & Cancellations: You can modify or cancel your order for a full refund within 8 hours of placement (if production hasn't started).
• Quality Guarantee: If your order has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, contact info@prinstitch.com within 14 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number for a replacement, reprint, or discount.
• Artwork & Order Checks: Please double-check spelling, size charts, and file resolution (300 DPI, seamless graphics) before purchasing

• Shipping Methods & Speeds:
  • Economy Express: 8–15 business days on average.
  • Expedited Courier (FedEx/UPS/DHL/TNT): 3–5 business days worldwide.
  • Bulk Freight: Sea and air options (or shipping via your own courier account) are available for large wholesale orders.
• Tracking & Customs: Tracking information will be emailed upon dispatch. Customers are responsible for any local customs duties or tariffs. (Note: PO Boxes in the US are not supported).
