SEWING TIPS
Use a Polyester Thread: For any repairs or alterations, use a high-quality polyester thread to match the fabric. This ensures durability and a seamless look.
Stitching: When sewing through thicker fabrics or hems, make sure to use a larger needle (size 90/14 or 100/16) to avoid damaging the material.

Production time varies depending on order quantity and factory capacity. Typical turnaround times are as follows:
Wholesale Orders: Production is usually completed within 2-4 weeks.
Chinese New Year Notice: Our factory is closed from mid-January to early February. Orders placed during this period will be processed after we resume operations.
Shipping Options
Express Shipping: 5-7 days via FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
Standard Postage: 2-4 weeks or longer, depending on the destination country.
Sea Freight: Approximately 30 days for bulk shipments (contact us for details).

RETURN POLICY
- Made-to-Order Policy: All items are custom-printed on demand, so non-faulty products cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production begins.
- Order Edits & Cancellations: You can modify or cancel your order for a full refund within 8 hours of placement (if production hasn't started).
- Quality Guarantee: If your order has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, contact info@prinstitch.com within 14 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number for a replacement, reprint, or discount.
